Responsibilities
- Identifying Potential Franchisees: Lead team to actively seek out and identify individuals or entities interested in becoming franchise owners across multiple geographies and cities. Responsible for meeting organizational targets for franchise development for that geography.
- Building Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts potential franchisees fostering a positive connection and representing the franchise brand effectively.
- Managing Sales Process: Develop implement monitor and review a business strategy that maximizes the online top and bottom line. Oversee the franchise sales process with the team guiding potential franchisees through the necessary steps and providing information on the business.
- Planning and Development: The person will be handling a large team but will also be responsible for ramping up the teams. Provide leadership and advice to senior executives regarding real estate planning development and policy contributing to strategic decisions.
- Supervising Operations: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of the business unit identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures. Develop and supervise the operations of new franchisees ensuring they align with the overall business strategy and standards.
- Training and Information: Provide training and information to new franchisees enabling them to successfully operate within the franchise system.
- Collaboration: Work with cross functional teams across brand customer experience deployment finance and strategy to ensure the objectives are met.
