Responsibilities
. Service Level Management and reporting inline with ITIL Framework
. Should have strong knowledge in implementation & administration in servers and network infra.
. Knowledge in Cloud Infra services and contact center management.
. Strong communication skills and should have strong business relationship management
. Supplier Management, Client Relations.
. Ensure upkeep of IT infra and perform root cause analysis and reporting for any major incidents
. Security Compliance
