JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a talented social media manager to manage our social media accounts. You'll be in charge of managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive manner in order to achieve our marketing objectives. We expect you to be up to date on the latest digital technologies and social media trends as a social media manager. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to creatively express our company's viewpoints. In addition, the successful candidate will be required to collect and analyze social media data in order to develop more effective campaigns. Also, you should engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, data and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
• Oversee social media accounts' design.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
• Develop social media campaigns and KPIs to evaluate them
• Monitor web traffic metrics
• Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-4 years of social media management experience
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Hands on experience in content management
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of graphic design principles.
• Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
• Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once

Benefits We Provide 

• Office timings from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday.
• Salary : Best in the industry based on experience and Skill set.
• Probation Period : 6 Months
• Medical Insurance for 2.00 lac p.a after 3 months of Joining.
• Social Security includes - Provident Fund and Gratuity on completion of 5 yrs of service as per Tamil nadu factories act.
• 10 days Paid Leave and 8 Casual Leave will be provided for the Year.
