Responsibilities
Create Animation for 3D characters and non-character 3D assets for games using MAYA/Max
Propose animation systems adapted to the needs of the game by collaborating with the project team
Be transparent about the potential problems related to animations
Estimate and manage the time required to carry out tasks within deadlines
Research and make the documentation to improve suggestions.
Requirements:
5+ years of production experience in creating character animation.
A thorough understanding of animation pipelines and the processes involved from the conceptual phase to implementation.
Good knowledge of 3D DCCs, preferably Maya.
Experience with game engines like Unity3D, Unreal Engine.
Understanding of human body and facial anatomy and expressions.
Ability to create Game VFX will preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
Strong communication, self-management, and organizational skills.
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and milestones.
Good Understanding of principles of traditional classical animations
Has a good sense of timing in animations
Ability to work on stylized/toony as well as realistic animations
