SALARY INR 30,000 TO 50,000 PER MONTH DEPENDING UPON DESERVING CANDIDATE
LOCATION NSP, DELHI ( INDIA )

JOB OVERVIEW As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and maximize sales opportunities Of the organization.

RESPONSIBLITIES FOR SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Should have experience in B to B and B to C Business Portfolio ( MLM ).
Have to manage online sales of the our products in E-commerce website such Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio etc. and have to work dedicatedly to create the brand image in market.
Candidate have to manage export of products and he/she must have expertise in international trade and knowledge of export.
Have to moniter the work of sales executive and take report with output at end of the day and share it to the management.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and market segments.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve sales goals.
Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with independent promotors, providing them with necessary support, training, and resources.
Oversee the execution of sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction, ensuring high levels of retention and loyalty.
Have to travel anywhere across India.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing plans aligned with sales objectives.
Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
Manage and enhance the company's brand presence, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing channels.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and events to boost brand visibility.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE , SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Must have minimum 7 years of experience into sales and marketing from reputed FMCG / Pharma Company.
MBA ( Sales & Marketing from Recognized University )
Proven experience in sales management within the FMCG industry, preferably in a similar MLM setup.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics and develop strategies accordingly.

2. JD - SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

SALARY up to 35,000 PER MONTH DEPENDING UPON DESERVING CANDIDATE

JOB OVERVIEW The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting sales and marketing activities, contributing to the growth and success of the company. This role involves executing sales plans, marketing initiatives, and supporting distributor relationships.

2.JD RESPONSIBLITIES FOR SALES & MARKETTING EXECUTIVE

Must have to manage Multi Level Marketing of FMCG Home care & Personal care products.
Have to manage online sales of the products E-commerce website such Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio etc.
Should have experience in B to B and B to C Business Portfolio ( MLM ).
Support and co-ordinate with sales manager to prepare sales strategy.
Managing relationships with key promoters as well as well as rolling out new promotions and implementing campaigns.
Assist in implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and initiatives.
Support marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and promotional events.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and product documentation.
Work closely with independent distributors, providing them with necessary support and addressing their queries or concerns.
Assist in the development of distributor-focused marketing materials and training resources.
Conduct market research and gather data on consumer trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Assist in analyzing sales and marketing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain sales and marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by the sales and marketing teams.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE , SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Must have minimum 5 years of experience into sales and marketing from reputed Company
BBA/MBA From recognized university.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate within a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools/software is a plus.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn about sales and marketing strategies.
