Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academy Manager in Ahmedabad. The Academy Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of eQuinoxx Creative Academy. The role includes coordinating with counsellors & faculties to ensure smooth functioning of the academy, developing and implementing training programs, overseeing student enrolment and progress, meeting business targets and managing academy budgets.

Key responsibilities 1. Branch Management- Administration & Operations 2. Counselling process: Generating Leads, Attending Walkins & Maintaining Activity Reports CPR (Collection Projection report), Fees collection & Bank deposits. Achieving the defined Billing & Collection targets on Monthly basis Invoice/Billing and receipt generation Batches, Student and Faculty Management Attendance monitoring & Follow up with Irregular students. Inventory management - Books, Brochure, Enrolment forms, Bags etc Organising Events/Seminars/Workshops Plan weekly activities to keep students engaged Parents Teacher Meeting & Faculty feedback Sending Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reports to Managing Director

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Good written & verbal communications skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English) Good convincing skills Ambition to achieve targets Strong sales skills, administrative & leadership skills Organized, thorough, systems orientated Proactive, punctual and reliable Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Extensive experience in training and development Proficiency in research and market analysis Proven track record of meeting sales targets Experience in managing budgets Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, business administration, or a related field

Experience 3 years+ (preferably in same industry)
