Job description
Responsibilities:

5. Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and adapt strategies to meet changing market demands.
6. Work closely with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to stay ahead in the market.
8. Train and lead a team of merchandisers and retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
9. Implement visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and aesthetically pleasing in-store experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in merchandise retailing, particularly in the apparel sector.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to make informed decisions.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a retail team.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
