Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client services and relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and providing excellent customer service. The role demands an operational understanding of Digital and BTL activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills
• Demonstrated ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
• Experience in the Advertising or Marketing industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills
