Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role as a Senior Operations Manager. The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Bhiwandi based facilities, including warehouse management, staffing, Inventory management, resource management and planning etc. They will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on warehousing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Enthusiastic in CI implementation.
• Expertise in Chemical, Lube, paint and retail segments.
• Command on Inventory Management.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology is a plus.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in logistics and operations management with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• CTC- Depend on negotiation.
