Role Description :This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer at Round The Clock Technologies (RTCTek) in Bengaluru.The BI Developer will work alongside cross-functional teams, design, develop and maintain data models and build Business Intelligence dashboards for clients across different channels.The role entails transforming data into meaningful KPIs, driving data analysis, and providing insights to support data-driven decision making.Qualifications :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field3+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics domains.3+ years of experience building comprehensive BI dashboards with business users in mind using tools such as SQL,T-SQL,SSIS, Power BI, Tableau,Data warehousingExcellent SQL skillsExperience in ETL development using tools such as SSIS, Informatica, or equivalentExperience in dimensional modeling, data mining, or data analysisAbility to translate business requirements into technical specificationsExcellent communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsMust have skills (expert level hands on) :SQL (understand & write) & Data Warehousing , Tableau Exclude skill - Power BI whether current or past experience SSIS - SSAS / SSRS TSQL is also important Process & Work Mode :- 3 Rounds of interviews - Round 1 (Conceptual questions), Round 2 (Technical with hiring manager), Round 3 (Technical & Behavioral)- Hybrid model - 2 to 3 days from office (ref:hirist.tech)
