Role Description

This is a full-time On-site role for a commercial Billing Executive. The Billing Executive will be responsible for executing the billing process, analyzing data, creating and sending invoices, and communicating with clients and team members to ensure efficient invoicing process for GJM clients in North America. The ideal candidate would have attention to detail, accuracy and strong analytical skills to process invoices within established service level agreements, as per the billing cycles, in designated turnaround times, resolution of billing exeptions and errors etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in commercial Billing and Invoicing
• Experience in Utility/Telecom sector will be of advantage

Skill set

• Billing process and invoicing skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Finance knowledge and understanding of financial data
• Experience with accounting software e.g. Oracle/SAP/Tally etc.
• Microsoft Office, particularly Excel knowledge (VLookUp, HLookUp, Pivot etc.)

Timings

3:30 pm to 12:30 am (Semi-day) Monday to Friday
