. Drawing Review Feasibility and Process mapping of development parts
To conduct process audits & QMS audit at supplier end. Coordinate PPAP sample inspection and internal manufacturing and engineering validation at supplier end Drawing review feasilibility and process mapping of development parts Responsible to work with suppliers on quality issues to make sure the containment action in place to avoid production disruption First Time right development of parts as per project timeline Prepare FMEA Control Plans conduct Process Audits & QMS audit at Supplier End Interpret engineering drawings to Suppliers & stakeholders Handle and resolve issues in coordination with design production Dept and procurement dept. Co Ordinating with Plant Quality. Knowledge of VAVE Kaizen POKA YOKE & 5S carries added advantage. Responsible to work with Supplier & audit for DOL process as per DOL Policy
