Job description

 Strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM 6.3 or higher implementing full cycle AEM projects.

 Experience on Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows are required.

 Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium or Maven.

 Experience gathering and documenting requirements and formulate an implementation plan, prepare estimates for the assigned activities/work items.

 Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs as well as other documentation like requirement traceability matrixes, work-flow diagrams and use-cases.

 Ability to lead team and client meetings and to clearly articulate the solution being developed with all the stakeholders along with ability to walk stakeholders through AEM Process.

 Report work progress to the manager & the client on a periodic basis. At least played the role of Technical / Project Lead for 2 to 3 years.

 Work with project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and high quality.

 Work collaboratively with other teams; QA, UX, etc.

 Experience in working with both backend (AEM) and front-end UI development teams in parallel as well as with creative design teams.

 Assist in deploying applications to Dev, QA, Production environments and migrations.

 Ability to innovate, present new ideas/solutions and driving efficiencies, implementing roadmap to constantly improve the speed of response.
