Job description

1. Sales:
• To carry proper sample set which is provided to you by the company while market visit
• To visit regularly at all retail outlets presenting range from sample set and maintain target of atleast 10 TC in local area & 8 TC in surrounding area
• To seek maximum orders from the retailers and meet sales targets

2. Scheme Management:
• To ensure circulation of scheme circulars on all retailers and explain them for better understanding
• During scheme period, maintain retailer wise data regarding their target achievement based on standard schemes slabs
• To ensure distributor also dispatch articles according to prevailing scheme
• At the time of scheme closure, pushing retailers to higher slabs

3. Reporting:
• Daily reporting via Whtsapp for each retail outlet visited in a day.
• Daily sales summary message in Individual group, seniors and in other required groups.
• Weekly basis Sales summery and Distributor Visit Report.
• Monthly Retailer wise secondary sales summary report for all concerned distributors
