Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role .. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management strategy for Mahindra Finance's Kochi division. The Executive will also liaise with other senior leaders to develop and implement financial and business strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance. Other duties may include maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as regulators, vendors, and shareholders; addressing customer complaints; and analyzing performance.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies
- Experience in the banking or financial sector
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or any degree
- Fluency in English , Malayalam and Hindi
Package: 20000 to 30000 with TADA and incentives. Depending performance basis salary hikes will be given
