1. PM adherence > 90%
Carry out regular maintenance work as per scheduled plan
2. Breakdown
- Improve and Increase overall equipment effectiveness by providing timely delivery of service
- Cost effective modification to reduce maintenance cost to minimum
3. Employee Involvement
- Ensure proper usage of PPE during execution of job
- Ensure proper risk assessment done before start of any maintenance job
- Ensure implementation of suggestion/TF5/EU5 in various area and close the assigned point.
