Objective : The company is looking for a seasoned professional who can take up the role of the Strategic Business Unit Head of the Corporate and Marine vertical of the company. This individual should be able to own the entire P&L of the vertical and be responsible for relationships with corporates, driving sales and account management, managing the working capital / collections and be responsible for the overall profitability of the division.
This role requires deep understanding and experience in the corporate travel industry. This individual should bring fresh strategic thinking to the business and be a key thought partner to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Sales and account management: Drive sales growth in the Corporate and Marine vertical, take responsibility for existing account management.
- Financial management: Set up processes to monitor working capital cycles, receivable management and cash collections; take up responsibility of the overall corporate P&L.
- Conceptualization of tech tools like a Self-Booking portal: Develop a roadmap for a self-service corporate self-booking tool. Work closely with the technology and product management teams by providing clear business requirements gained from user feedback.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Anticipate market shifts and proactively adapt strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
