Job description

Enterprise Sales Head

Experience :- 8+ years

Location: Bangalore Office

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the enterprise market segment.
  2. Identify and target potential enterprise clients, Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at target
  3. accounts, understanding their business challenges and pain points.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer demands in the fintech industry.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to onboarding and retention.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our SaaS solutions.
  7. Negotiate and close complex enterprise deals, ensuring favorable terms and pricing for both parties.
  8. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and other relevant information to the Sales
  9. Director and senior leadership team.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  2. Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in enterprise sales, preferably in the fintech or SaaS industry.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  4. In-depth knowledge of the fintech landscape and familiarity with financial products and services.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  7. Experience in managing complex, consultative sales cycles with long sales cycles.
  8. Strategic mindset with the ability to drive sales initiatives, analyze market trends, and develop data-driven strategies.
  9. Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  10. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
