Responsibilities: • The Wealth Advisor will assume responsibility for acquiring new HNI/UHNI clients and nurturing existing relationships through the provision of tailored wealth management services. • The primary objective is to expand the book/AUM and generate revenue while delivering personalized investment product portfolios that align with the client's specific requirements. • Offer financial solutions to Wealth Customers in accordance with their risk-reward preferences. • Compile and interpret critical information for clients, including investment performance reports, financial document summaries, income projections, and proactively rebalance their portfolios to maintain their desired asset allocation. • Enhance customer wallet share by advising on in-house products like PMS, AIF, and Direct Equity, in addition to third-party investment offerings. • Adhere to KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and industry legislation. • Maintain comprehensive customer profiles encompassing risk assessments, demographics, investment horizons, and return expectations. • Keep abreast of available investment opportunities in the market, as approved by the Research Team. Requirements: • Graduation/ post-graduation from a recognized institute. • AMFI/IRDA and NCFM certifications. • Good communication skills in English and the local language. • In-depth knowledge of the investment products & financial markets. • Ability to manage complex situations, handle pressure and meet deadlines. • Strong interpersonal, relationship and networking skills.Job tags
