Job Title: 'Senior SharePoint Consultant'
Job Type: Permanent (Working on Hyper Think Systems – India Rolls)
Years of Experience: 5- 10 Years
Job Location: Offshore Bangalore (If client requires you should travel onsite as per requirement)
Job Description:
• University degree in computer science, information systems or software engineering
• 5-8 years of experience developing applications, systems, and delivering solutions in a large-scale mission critical and Managed Services Provider environment is required.
• Strong capabilities in Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC): strategy, requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment
• Extensive experience in enterprise software development, implementation of source code controls and agile development methodologies
• Expert ability in the design, architecture, Administration, development and customisation of below solutions
• Microsoft SharePoint ( On-Prem and Online )
• EPM ( On-Prem and Online )
• Microsoft Power BI
• Microsoft Power Apps
• UML, Programming languages, Web application-Portal development and middle ware technologies experience essential
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman etc) is a plus
• Technical knowledge of databases (strong knowledge of SQL and common RDBMS)
• Solid Web Services experience; knowledge of SOAP would be an asset
• Knowledge of SOA architecture principles
• Strong Hands-On Technical proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, Web Services, MS Team Foundation Server
• Exposure to Cloud Computing, Azure, Multi-tenant Software as Service architectures.
• Deep technical experience, gained from proven successful delivery of a variety of large-scale challenging projects, in SharePoint products and technologies, in terms of infrastructure, configuration and development.
• An understanding of portal, collaboration and social networking technology. What they are and what they enable Office Client Development
• A solid understanding of business workflows and capabilities of Microsoft Office SharePoint and EPM Server, Windows SharePoint Services, and/or SharePoint Designer.
• Knowledge in multiple areas (e.g. Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business Intelligence).
• Understanding of ERP/CRM systems and Microfocus Software's is desirable Experience with SharePoint Master Templates, Style Sheets, and Security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with specific focus on technical and operational documentation
• Strong training and development skills
