Job description
As an Engineer with strong technical skills, you will orchestrate innovative projects in order to enhance the current Tire and Tube projects for bicycle. Your mission will be to develop the Tire and Tube Components for the bikes of tomorrow.
You will be responsible for component offers among which the Product Engineers from the Bikes ecosystem will come to draw to make their bikes and supplier management.
You will be central in project management, and you will rely on internal external experts (designers, process experts, external laboratories, etc.) and on all the means made available to the BTwin Village (laboratory, workshop, factory bike assembly, store), to carry out your mission.

1/ Engineer (+Education around Rubber, Experience 1-2years), and you are passionate about cycling, which allows you to be comfortable in this environment.
2/ Organized and rigorous, you must be able to synchronize the tasks of the different actors of the project.
3/ You have natural leadership qualities that will make it easier for you to provide functional guidance to the teams working with you.
4/ You are observant and analytical, and your creativity drives you to come up with innovative ideas and devise effective, reliable solutions.
5/ You have good interpersonal and communication skills , enabling you to work in project mode with the people involved (listening, convincing, enthusiastic, sharing).
6/ Sustainable development is a subject of your heart, and you easily understand the concept of society, environmental and economic impact and potentially you are already acting on this theme today.
7/ You have a correct level of English which allows you to work with international teams.
