Job Overview

 

The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of the company's manufacturing business. This individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing key customer relationships. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Chain industry and a proven track record of driving business growth through sales and marketing efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities Area & Duties

 

1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers

2. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market share goals

3. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

4. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity and report on sales and marketing efforts,

making adjustments as needed to meet or exceed revenue targets

5. Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the

company's strengths and value proposition

6. Negotiate contracts and close deals with new customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements

7. Collaborate with other departments, such as design, production, execution, and logistics, to ensure customer

satisfaction and effective delivery of projects

8. Attend trade shows, industry events, and conferences to network and promote the company and its products

9. Monitor and report on sales and marketing efforts, making adjustments as needed to meet or exceed revenue

targets

10. Assist in managing the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.

11. Identify cross-selling opportunities in other industries to tap and develop new revenue streams

12. Conduct extensive site visits if required to potential customers to gather information and identify new business

opportunities

 

 

Qualifications & Skills Required

 

Education required

 

● Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related technical field;

● A Master's degree in business or marketing is a plus

 

Knowledge required

 

● Proficiency in Sales and Marketing is a prerequisite for the candidate.

● Strong understanding of the chain systems market, including regulatory requirements and industry trends

● Familiarity with chain, sprocket, and conveyor systems is essential for the candidate.

● The candidate must be skilled in preparing techno-commercial documents.

● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients

and address their requirements.

● Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform sales and marketing

strategies

● Strong management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to

problem-solving

● Willingness to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

 

Experience required

 

● At least 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of driving

growth and revenue, preferably in the chain manufacturing industry
