Job description

What this job involves:

Prioritising the facilities' needs

Working in facility management industry, you will be primarily responsible for managing vendor compliance and background checks for new joinees and supporting City lead for providing data and bridging gap between HR and team .

Going above and beyond expectations

Client satisfaction is second nature to the person in charge. In this role, you'll take on difficult issues and seek out opportunities to improve compliance score & reduce turn around time to complete BGC checks. You'll also be constantly in tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.

In addition, you'll carry out routine vendor audits to ensure that the vendor maintains its overall compliance performance.

Sound like you To apply you need to have:

Strong knowledge of Vendor Compliance

Playing a key role, the ideal candidate holds a degree in business management, and at least three to five years' experience as Admin executive or compliance executive. You must also demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety, as well as aptitude in client-centric operations.
