IMMEDIATE JOINING POSITION: ON-SITE WORK

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple social media platforms for our diverse range of clients across various industries. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance user engagement, drive brand awareness, and achieve our clients' marketing objectives. This is an immediate joining position that requires on-site work.

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients' goals and target audiences. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure the implementation of innovative strategies.
  2. Platform Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with clients' brand voice and objectives.
  3. Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to create compelling and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, that drives user engagement and encourages social sharing.
  4. Community Management: Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers, customers, and influencers.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and generate regular reports. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis.
  6. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand identity, goals, and target audience. Regularly communicate progress, results, and strategy updates to ensure client satisfaction and alignment.
  7. Stay Current with Tools and Trends: Stay updated with the latest social media tools, platforms, features, and trends. Continuously explore and recommend innovative ways to enhance social media presence and improve user engagement.

Requirements:

  1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, managing multiple social media platforms for clients.
  2. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, algorithms, and best practices.
  3. Experience in creating and implementing successful social media strategies that have resulted in improved user engagement, increased followers, and enhanced brand visibility.
  4. Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms to schedule and monitor posts, track performance, and analyze data.
  5. Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and measure campaign effectiveness.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content across different platforms.
  7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  9. Experience in managing social media platforms for diverse clients across different industries is preferred.
  10. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable.
