Job description
Looking for a dynamic HR manager for an Online Dispute Resolution Platform based out of Mumbai!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the organization's goals and culture
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for attracting and maintaining top talent, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Oversee employee relations, including addressing and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
- Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including maintaining proper employee records and documentation
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans
- Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention
- Manage payroll processes, including timesheet management, salary adjustments, and bonuses '
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR managerial/AM/Sr.HR position
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, from a reputed institute or equivalent combination of training and experience required
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM -CP/PCP) is a plus
- Proven experience in implementing employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work culture
- Proficiency in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance measures
- Experience in administering employee benefits programs and managing payroll processes
- Experience in legal/financial services/insurance industry is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Passion to work with people for the people
