We are currently seeking Recruiters who have supported

Aerospace

clients and have recruited for

Engineering

roles.

Experience Level:

2 to 7 years Location:

Bengaluru (currently remote with future on-site potential) Shift:

Night Shift (8:30 pm to 5:30 am IST)

Responsibilities: Comprehensive Talent Engagement:

Understand client requirements, meticulously source, screen, shortlist, and present qualified candidates tailored to the client's needs. Resume Sourcing:

Utilize a variety of platforms including job boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed) and social networking sites (LinkedIn) to identify and engage top-tier talent. Pipeline Building:

Proactively create and nurture talent pipelines for repetitive roles, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates for ongoing and future recruitment needs. Interview Coordination:

Take charge of interview scheduling, conduct follow-ups, and facilitate seamless offer closures, ensuring a positive candidate experience. ATS Management:

Maintain an updated and organized record of all recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - JobDiva.

Required Skills & Experience: Proven US Staffing Expertise:

2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in US staffing and experience in supporting Aerospace clients. Passion for Recruitment:

A genuine passion for the recruitment process coupled with a proactive and self-driven approach. We are seeking individuals who are consistently hungry for success and strive to be top performers. Tech Savvy:

Ability to comprehend various technologies and understand their relevance to specific roles. Proactive Recruitment Skills:

Demonstrated ability to take a proactive approach to recruitment, anticipating client needs and staying ahead in talent acquisition trends. LinkedIn Proficiency:

Utilize LinkedIn as a powerful tool for talent acquisition, building professional networks, and staying updated on industry trends. Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with both clients and candidates.
