Designation: Senior Accounts Executive / Assistant Accounts Manager.
Experience: Minimum 3 Years. (Preferably having worked in CA Office and managed multiple clients' end-to-end filings)
CTC: ₹3LPA - ₹3.6LPA
Please note that you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience in a similar role and should have managed the end-end accounting of any services / small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) AND have very good experience in GST filings.
Responsibilities Of The Accountant Cum Admin
- Payment & Filing of Monthly & Annual GST Returns as per the Goods and Services Tax Act.
- Maintain all payment schedules and make payments for utilities, vendors, and all other bank-related transactions.
- Maintain Day-Day Book Keeping and Accounting In Tally ERP and submit all accounts as required by our chartered accountant for finalization of accounts.
- Preparation of Salary Statements & Payroll management
- Compile and analyze financial statements with a sound understanding of income tax laws and provisions.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain all Tax compliances and records
- Create financial statements and work closely with the strategy team to make financial models for our clients whom we help build franchise business models.
Qualifications & Experience of the Assistant Accounts Manager -.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field or pursuing chartered accountancy.
- Previous experience in managing GST Payments and End To End GST Filings.
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in the latest version of Tally and all accounting and GST laws.
