Job Purpose Executing STF's Trades originated in India, Thailand and Processing payments for Global- STF deals. Supporting trade flow management process & FX Operation for STF
Your Responsibilities STF Operation: - Inputting Payments in Bank Systems for STF transactions done globally. (E.g. IRS, Re-fixing, FX Payments processing)
- Execution of all STF trades in adherence to the STF Standard Operating.
- Procedures/Guidelines. Ensure work processes and procedures are in compliance with ADM and STF policies.
- Manage all aspects of trade settlement. Preparation and execution of contracts and other documents using templates as required per the respective Trade Structure, preparation of emails for 2nd review, data input and maintenance of trade data in systems, file management, tracking and coordinating routine internal office requests, including but not limited to printing, arranging documents for execution, scanning, courier and occasional hand delivery of documents to counterparties within office vicinity. Coordination with counter-parties and internally on issuance of contracts / instruments (letters of credit, stand-by LC, guarantees) and on timing of funding;
- To co-ordinate with STF Trader on the Offshore Hedges (Booking / Cancellation) on the commodity value and reviewing and confirming FX trades to banks offshore.
- Input/processing of deals in the Oil Soft platform; Second review and verification of trades (system input, documentation, approvals) & cash payments (amounts, value dates, bank details) Liaise with other functional groups including traders, trade execution teams, accounting and treasury to resolve execution issues and provide assistance where necessary. Assist in transaction file reviews within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with banks to ensure trades are settled at maturity in an orderly fashion.
- Liaise with Banks to set up bank accounts and complete KYC requirements.
- Ensure proper filing of documents in place and audit clears our docs with 100% accuracy.
- To maintain a separate s/s reflecting the total FX business that we have executed.
- To maintain & timely update MIS reports used by Global STF Team.
- To maintain a physical file for contracts, Current Market Price Supports (CMP) for the trades and other trade related docs executed by ADM India.
Trade Flows Management & Maintenance Of Trade Flow Database - Identifying & Capturing trade flows.
- Update & Maintain trade flow database.
- Allocating trade-flow to Execution team within TAT.
- Co-ordinate with internal stake holders (execution teams/ traders) for supporting documents and details.
- Prepare weekly Flash report.
- Supporting trade-flow team on month-end closing process.

- Maintain good relationship with Corporate and Banks and other functional departments within ADM (treasury, hedge desk, accounting, Finance, legal, trade execution, audit team etc.)
Required - Qualification And Experience - Graduate or Post Graduate preferably with CDCS Minimum 12 years PQE;
- Experience must be 2-6 Years
- Good communication Skills
- Good understanding of letter of credit/Bank Guarantee/Collection
- Good understanding of UCP600, ISBP and Incoterms.

Ownership & Accountability - Develop a thorough understanding of relevant STF structures through PAF reviews including the key risks and controls associated with each structure, and relevant tax & legal implications. Ensure complete understanding of transaction specifics, including data integrity, documentation, and settlement processes as well as the attributes of the relevant market and geography. Assist other team members in obtaining a deeper understanding of structures and processes through informal, on-the-job training opportunities.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Trade Flow thorough SOPs.
- Facilitate innovation and work process improvements through idea generation and applying of business knowledge. Champion and/or participate in global projects where appropriate.
