Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Sales Representative. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. This is a full-time position based in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India, and requires a Junior level of experience (1 to 3 years).

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • In-depth product knowledge and ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong industry knowledge and familiarity with the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and develop new customer relationships.
  • Regularly visit healthcare professionals to provide product information, answer inquiries, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Track sales and provide timely reports on sales activities, opportunities, and threats.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and marketing department to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to represent the company and build brand awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
