Job description
-Create visibility on the usage of applications by users (Functional team members or internal application users) and customers (Target audience or external application users)
-Convert the user/customer interaction on applications to KPIs (Revenue or Business-oriented metrics) and success metrics (User/Customer Journey-oriented metrics)
-Observe the KPIs and success metrics based on business objectives of each function of the company
-Interact, Observe and Collect data from functions/customers to understand what is going on in the field and decide What changes to make, what features to add to the applications to solve problems or help the functions/customers to do better
-List those changes, features, requirement requests into product backlog and keep them prioritized based on unbiased scoring system
-Create a shared understanding among product Engineering team and business stakeholders through documents, wireframes and discussions about features or changes that need to be built into the application
-Work closely with UX/Visual designer to get the design that reflects the solution for the user/customer
-Build and test PoCs along with Engineering manager/Delivery manager as and when necessary
-Take part in the development ceremonies to oversee the direction of development
-Conduct (Involve) necessary testing to ascertain the developed function fulfils the success criteria of the function before approving it to be moved to UAT server for the user
-A/B, multivariate test functions/design/features to measure the outcome of an assumption and continue to experiment if necessary (B2C)
-Maintain living BRD and PRD documents and encourage the Engineering team to maintain a living document of all necessary documents (In the absence of Engineering/Delivery manager)
-Conduct (Involve) periodical competitor research, user research and market researc
