Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Raichura Energy. The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing our sales team in Junagadh, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Experience in a sales/ marketing role and a proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills An in-depth understanding of market research, sales techniques, and negotiating skills Ability to manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and objectives An understanding of solar products, LED lights, and high mast lights will be a plus A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, or a related field from a recognized universityJob tags
