Warehouse Operations
Key responsibilities
The Executive Operations is responsible for leading the Operations team with following main responsibilities:
· KPI/SLA – Monitor and ensure SLAs are met as per agreed with customers. Ensure zero escalation from customer.
· Inventory tally process management (Physical Vs WMS vs Cust Sys).
· Ensure daily cycle count across all customer accounts are carried out and variance report shared as per guidelines.
· Stock Take Management – Perpetual, Wall to Wall etc, as per plan.
· Stock Variance Assessment – Reconciliation and publishing final variance report as per required format.
· SKU Management – Planning storage as per WMS.
· Bin Location Management - Ensure zero deviation in physical location storage vis a vis WMS.
· Prepare RCA Related CAPA .
· Team Productivity – Understand the productivity targets set and guides the workforce in achieving the same. Also work towards improving upon the targets.
· Training to subordinates – Identify training need of subordinates and coordinate with senior on training plan. Provides training on processes to ground team.
· HSSE – Identify safety hazards inside the warehouse and ensure that the team adheres to HSSE guidelines to ensure safe working. Ensure zero incident inside the warehouse with proper arrangement of stocks and equipments.
· Adherence and Implementation of SOP – Implementation of SOP in particular to work area and strict adherence.
· Ensure Quality Assurance guidelines are met.
· Lead implementation on close coordination with HO Implementation Team.
· Engagement: Create an engaging work culture within the team.

Technical
· Very good exposure and end to end understanding of Warehousing and Secondary Transportation.
· Exposure using lean / six sigma and other problem-solving methodologies
· Manpower handling.
· Good analytical & Problem-solving skills.
Experience
· 6+ years of experience in managing team and workflow management.
· 4 +years of experience in Warehousing & Secondary Distribution.
· Highly responsible in cost exposure and revenue leakage avoidance.
· Preferred exposure in managing tyre warehouse.
· Experience in working with 3PL organisation is preferred.
· Experience in handling big team and achieving stiff targets.
· Well organized when working under pressure.
· Understand of lean principles, use Lean tools to organize/lead.
· Familiarity with A.P. Moller Maersk group policies and corporate values.
