Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Trainer to join our team in Patna,- Bihar India. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to our employees, ensuring their readiness to excel in their roles. This is a junior-level position suitable for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in training and development
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse learners

Functional Responsibilities: -

Planning and conducting training as per monthly plan

The trainer will travel to different locations to train participants

Attending complaints at customer site

Prepare product panels; Mobilize trainees; Handle new

assignments as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Assess training needs and create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars in a clear and engaging manner
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as necessary
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and ensure application on the job
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals
  • Maintain training records and generate reports as required

Education Qualification: - Post graduate/Graduate from any background

Computer Knowledge: - Good knowledge on computers, word, excel, internet and email.

Travelling: - Need to travel as and when required.

Required Experience/Skills: -

2-4 years working experience

Communication skills: - Must be a good communicator and have ability to handle team,training/meeting

Language (Read +Write +Speak): - Local language must and Hindi and English
