For this project we are looking for a  Chief Signalling Expert (f/m/d) .

Responsibilities:

• Lead the signaling team of the General Consultant  
• Lead the preparation of the tenders for the signaling system, lead the review of the detailed design and the supervision of the implementation  
• Design of signaling interlocking system for any given track layout and any modification in existing Panel interlocking signaling system due to change in layout or augmentation of traffic facility or enhancing safety in system  
• Design of relay based panel-interlocking system for any type of yard layout incorporating all safety, operational and logical features; route relay interlocking for major yard layout, any modification in existing Route Relay Interlocking signaling system due to change in layout or augmentation of traffic facility or enhancing safety in system, block working with relay system and conventional track circuits, with relay and axle counter system  
• Design of signal interlocking system based on electromechanical, major Signaling projects and its execution, testing & commissioning 
• Quality control in designing work and physical work at site  

Qualifications: 

• Graduate in Electrical or Electronics Engineering  
• 20 years professional experience  
• Over 5 years of experience in metro projects  

Specific requirements:

• 5 years of experience as Chief Signalling Expert or equivalent  
• 3-5 years of experience in Developed country  
• 1 year of experience in Developing country  
• Proficiency in English
