Job Description:
- This role is tailor-made for an A-grade player who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to be an integral part of the top SEO & PPC team in Perth.
- This role is well-suited for someone just beginning their career in the industry, a recent graduate eager to excel in SEO/Ads, or a genuinely self-taught individual.
- The intent is for you to grow into a fully trained & knowledgeable Digital Marketing Manager within our Agency, as we like to promote from within.
- In your role as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of fostering and sustaining robust client connections.
- You will need to have Analytical Skills for proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO platforms to interpret campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Your pivotal responsibilities will include overseeing project delivery, Weekly communication with clients on their campaign performance, working closely with the SEO/Google Ads team to ensure the top performance is met, and facilitating the project pipeline with internal and external teams.
- Be the primary client contact, offering strategic advice and maintaining solid relationships.
- Working closely with Virtual assistant, SEO team, and Google Ads team.
- Collaborate on digital marketing strategies, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Obtain the internal team's monthly and weekly performance data and send the reports to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Monitor the SEO, and Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, actively talk to internal teams to achieve client objectives and maximise ROI.
- Keyword Research: Communicate with SEO team for the performance of the monthly keywords.
- Content Marketing: Engage with the content team for the content deliverable.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data insights, and prepare detailed reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimisation.
- Team / Client Communication: Communicate regularly with our clients to provide updates and reports on campaign performance, discuss strategy adjustments, and address any questions or concerns, the parties may have.
Touching base with clients to notify them of completed tasks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designer, content writer, editor and developer, to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with client objectives and company goals.
- Industry-leading Knowledge: It’s your responsibility to stay up to date with SEO trends, Google Patch notes, and SEO news. After all, excellence is a habit, performed continuously.

- A people person and an excellent communicator. You love discussing strategy, brainstorming ways to improve and ensuring your clients are perfectly happy before anything goes live.
- Have a can-do attitude. You’re happy to jump on Zoom to have meetings with the team (and clients if needed), along with the occasional troubleshooting meetings if need be.
- You’re proactive and self-sufficient. You’ll be briefed on everything you need to know, but if anything comes up, you’ll be proactive and confident in reaching out if you need clarification or extra support.
- You’re a master at time efficiency. Following deadlines is a breeze for you, and you’re more than happy to keep the team updated along the way.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in using Google Suite (Docs, Analytics, Search Console etc),
- High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.

- Stable Internet, Computer & Electricity is a must
