Job description

Compass Group is the largest B2B contract food & support service company in the world with FY22 revenue at GBP 30 Billion, servicing 5.5 Billion meals per year across 40 countries and 55,000 client locations.

We are looking for Regional Lead – Sales based out of our Bengaluru office to execute annual business development strategy by driving revenue growth. Also responsible for establishing relationships with potential large clients and increasing market share of the organization in the region.

Key Job Responsibilities: Achievement of the sales budget and formulation of action plans to manage deviations. Monitor performance (sales growth and profitability) against sector wise targets GOP targets for all new proposals and getting the necessary approvals. Drive acquisition of large accounts and aggressively marketing our value proposition. Establish relationships with potential large clients through regular interactions. Implement aggressive sales plans to meet and exceed quotas. Provide written reports on sales progress and statistical analyses. Build and cultivate prospect relationships to move opportunities through the sales funnel. Collaborate with the Sales Head and Regional Sales Team to consistently meet sales target. Network with existing customers to maintain strong connections.

Required Skills/Abilities: Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the B2B sector. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with the Food Services industry is a plus.

Qualifications: B. Tech from a reputed Institute/University. Full time MBA from a reputed institute/university. 10-15 years of demonstrated success in enterprise sales. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
