Title: Offshore Structural Engineer - Oil and Gas Industry

Description:

We are looking for a highly-skilled Offshore Structural Engineer with a strong background in the Oil and Gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing offshore platforms and has extensive experience in design engineering. You should have good problem-solving abilities, a strong understanding of structural integrity, and excellent knowledge of design principles and theories.

Responsibilities:

- Design of offshore platforms as per industry standards and project requirements.

- Ensuring the safety and efficiency of platform designs through rigorous testing and analysis.

- Work alongside other engineering teams to ensure optimum integration of all project components.

- Analyze specifications and performance requirements to ensure that designs meet the needs of our clients.

- Conduct site inspections and assessments to verify the integrity and safety of structures.

Requirements:

- Experience- 2+ years

- Degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience in offshore platform design and design engineering within the Oil and Gas industry.

- Strong knowledge of design principles and theories.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Must be able to handle complex calculations regarding load and stress factors.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

- Strong understanding of safety protocols and practices within the Oil and Gas industry.

- Proficiency with design software.
