The person would be responsible for on-boarding ground staff in PAN India and convince them by explaining our working Model and work with us individually or as Franchisee.
Job Description:
1. Should have detailed Knowledge of Geography of India
2. Post-Graduate/Graduate with minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
3. Designing, monitoring, analysing, and troubleshooting MIS Data
4. Must be a good Team Handler
5. Must be able to On-board Ground Staff PAN India
6. Good Networking & People Handling (Blue Collar) Skills
7. Prepare On-boarding Strategies.
8. On-board Franchisee/Individuals
9. Should be able to independently use Digital Platforms for Lead Generations
10. Should have good communication and Convincing Skills
11. Team Management Skills
12. Should be Target Oriented
13. Good Analysis & Negotiation Skills
14. Should be able to build Network Strategy
15. Maintaining MIS Data & Dashboard
Interaction with various teams:
I. Review with training team if issues occur.
II. Client satisfaction/ dissatisfaction with operations team
III. New Project Implementation on Ground

1. Preferred location would be Delhi-NCR
Important Note:
1. Salary as per industry norms
2. The candidate will be on probation period for initial 3 months.
3. The Person may require travelling as and when required.
