Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- At least 6+ years of Experience in IT Training Solutions deliveries for the US Market & willing to work on the night shift.
- Handling end-to-end after-sales cycles like recruiting instructors for the execution of projects, dealing with 3rd Party Vendors, and coordinating with the Sales team.
- Our preference is for IT Training companies who can independently handle the assigned tasks.
- Work closely with the sales team during RFPs / Proposal submissions.
- Well-versed with Training deliveries for Online / Classroom training.
- Developing quotations and proposals for clients / Vendors / 3rd Party Vendors / Outsource Companies.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
Responsibilities - Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, and annual performance appraisals. Consults with managers of the company, talk with their employees or administer surveys.
- Handling Delivery Functions for Pre-Sales and Post Sales for Government deliveries.
- Working on Government bids for cost-effective solutions.
- Recruit new talents for different training and propose customized solutions based on the requirements
- Reviews existing training materials produced by third parties to determine appropriateness and relevance
- Hires qualified personnel to present in-person and online training sessions
- Schedules training sessions, monitors whether the information technology is organized, and other equipment required, and manages course enrollment
- Hiring local instructor resources for the United States and Global for Online Batches.
- Hiring Rental facilities at a good cost with good amenities.
- Collaborating closely with the Product and Developing team for updating and maintaining courses for the website
