Job Description: As a Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, oversee the sales department's day-to-day operations, and mentor and motivate team members to achieve their full potential. Additionally, you will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and productivity Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts to drive business growth Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and product/service enhancements Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Prior experience in sales management or team leadership roles Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry is preferred
