Job description
candidates should have experience with team handling and from end to end recruitment till exit formalities, Payroll and should have good knowledge in Excel & presentation.
- Work closely with t Managers in deployment of manpower as per the manpower budget and hiring TAT,
- Identify and Recruit Manpower for all Roles as per planned manpower requirement across the functions / verticals with 100% SLA compliance,

- Handle entire recruitment life cycle for all the approved New positions / Replacements,
- Using different recruitment sources like Head Hunting, campus recruitment,
- Cold calling , Social Media Recruitment , Job Portals etc. Manage vendor/consultancy at optimised outcome,
- Closing the manpower within deadline for all positions across vertical,
- Directly responsible for Headhunting Key talents from other NBFC/ Banks for critical roles,
- Maintaining and updating the pool of potential candidates / competitor mapping etc,
- Ensuring BVC closure in Green colour code within timeframe,
- Ensure Temp staffing within TAT ,
- Ensure completion of assessment as per process and guidelines
