Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Developing Digital Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Content Creation and Management: Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  3. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  5. Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions. Segment email lists, create compelling email content, and analyze campaign performance metrics.
  6. Paid Advertising: Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels. Develop ad creatives, set campaign budgets and targets, and monitor ad performance to optimize ROI.
  7. Website Management: Oversee website maintenance, updates, and optimization to ensure optimal performance, usability, and conversion rate. Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement changes and improvements as needed.
  8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, social media engagement, and ROI. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  9. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences. Analyze competitor strategies and benchmark performance to inform digital marketing initiatives.
  10. Campaign Tracking and Optimization: Track campaign performance in real-time, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization tactics to maximize results and achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate marketing strategies and insights.
  4. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
