Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, providing therapy, tracking progress, and creating treatment plans. The candidate will work with children and their families to ensure that they receive the necessary support for optimal development.

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis skills
• Interpersonal skills with an ability to establish relationships with children and their families
• Knowledge of psychology for developing treatment plans
• Experience in working with children
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is preferred

Skills in data collection and analysis, and experience working with children with developmental disabilities and special educational needs would be an added advantage.
