Job description

Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the quality assurance (QA) function, processes, and activities across multiple projects and teams. Define and implement QA strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain QA processes, standards, and metrics to measure and improve software quality throughout the development lifecycle. Establish and enforce QA policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Manage and mentor QA engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support to achieve project goals and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality issues, root causes, and corrective actions. Conduct QA audits, reviews, and assessments to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process improvement. Document and communicate QA processes, standards, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in QA management or leadership roles. Strong expertise in QA principles, methodologies, and tools. Experience with test automation frameworks, tools, and scripting languages. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Skills: QA Leadership: Leading and overseeing the QA function and activities across projects and teams. QA Strategy: Defining and implementing QA strategies, methodologies, and best practices. Test Automation: Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts. Collaboration: Working effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals. Preferred: Certification in quality assurance or software testing.
