JOB PROFILE exchange4media is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conference Producer to join our dynamic team. As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing conferences and large-scale events/awards. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent project management and communication skills, and have a passion for creating engaging and informative conference experiences, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities - Develop comprehensive event concepts, themes, and agendas that align with the objectives.
- Conduct thorough research on relevant topics and industry trends to curate impactful conference programs.
- Identify and recruit industry experts, thought leaders, and speakers to deliver compelling presentations and panel discussions.
- Coordinate with speakers to ensure their presentations align with the conference theme and objectives.
- Solicit entries for award
- Create project timelines, budgets, and resource plans for conferences.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and promotion strategies.
- Oversee on-site event management, ensuring smooth execution of all activities and addressing any issues that arise.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to assess the success of conferences and identify areas for improvement
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in conference or event production, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Proficiency in event management
- Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies, including digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
