Involved in the UK's highest profile building projects, we have the design and engineering capabilities to deliver the UK's largest, most complex projects. We have an exciting opportunity for a Plant Coordinator to join our Commercial and Industrial division based at our offices in Ballinamallard. The role involves daily production of hire contracts and purchase orders using Insphire software, arrangement of delivery and collection appointments for each site, liaising with suppliers and site managers via phone and email. Recording and approval of associated supplier invoices. You will be responsible for making sure equipment is delivered in a timely manner and returned when required, and to make sure any break down or servicing is taken care of urgently. The successful candidate will be experienced in a purchasing role, be proficient in the use of Microsoft excel and outlook. Have a good level of administration and organisation skills, have a good eye for detail and good communication skills.
