F1TCO - The Fittest Community is a group training specialist located in Bengaluru East. Our focus is on the education, support and delivery of sustaining a physical, emotional and mental transformation.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Trainer. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for designing fitness programs, providing personal training and fitness instruction, conducting circuit training and sports coaching.
Qualifications
- Nutrition and Personal Training skills
- Expertise in Fitness Instruction and Circuit Training
- Sports Coaching and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in Personal Training and Sports Coaching is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field
Relevant skills that would be beneficial for this role include leadership skills, time management skills, and client management skills.
what is my pay
Trainer
Fixed Pay - 3 to 5 lakhs per Annum
Variables - 12 to 32 Lakhs per Annum ( Performance Bonus Extra)
Total CTC with Bonus - 15 to 37 Lakhs per Annum
