Job description
Position : -Manager-Accounts & Finance.
Reporting: MD
Qualification:-CA
Experience:-Min 5 Years Experience on Managerial Post with Leading a team of 10 to 15 subordinate
Required Skilled:-Accounting, Finance, taxation & Auditing
Salary CTC:-up to 18 Lacs
Job Knowledge: - Finalization of Books & account, stock control & valuation, excise duty costing & reconciliation, balance sheet consolidation, monthly budget & stock statement, Online returns of various taxes, monthly MIS, Fund planning, Supplier Payment, cash & Expenses etc.
Responsibilities / Work Experiences:
Accounts & Finance
- Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss & MIS Monthly/ Yearly,
- Preparation of Cash Flow Statement ( AS-3)
- Preparation of Monthly MIS,
- Preparation of monthly cash Flow (In/ Out)
- Preparation of Monthly Budget
- Monitoring – Payables and Receivables
- Capital / Funding: - TermLoan , Foreign Currency Loan (FCL)& Other Finance
- Pledge of Shares (in Dematerialized Form)
- Ratio Analysis- Profitability, Liquidity, Capital Structure
- Cost Analysis -Standard v/s Actual
- Variance Analysis- Standard v/s Actual
- Internal Audit Responsibility
- Finalization of Books of Accounts of Group Companies
- Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register (Addition, Deletion, and Balance)
- Opening & Maintenance of Working Capital (Cash Credit Facility etc.)
Taxation
- Computation & Deduction of Tax Liability of Individuals and Corporate
- Computation of Advance Tax Liabilities of Individuals and Corporate
- Computation of Interest U/s 234A, 234B, 234C
- Assessment of Companies
- Preparation and E-Filing of Returns of Individuals and Corporate (Form -1)
- Preparation of Tax Audit Report (44AB) with Annexure
- Preparation of Depreciation Schedule as per Income Tax Act, 1961
- Preparation and Filing of E-TDS/ TCS Returns - 24Q / 26Q / 27 EQ
- Preparation and Issue of TDS Certificates- Form16 (Salary), 16A (Other than Salary)
- Preparation and Issue of TCS Certificates- 27D (TCS)
- Ascertainment and Deposit Statutory Income Tax Liabilities
- Communication with Income Tax Authorities and appearance
