Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Travel Agent located in New Delhi. The Corporate Travel Agent will be responsible for making Reservations, handling Customer Service and Car Rental, making Travel Arrangements and Sales related to corporate travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations, Corporate Travel Sales and Services, and Car Rental Management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage a significant volume of emails and phone calls efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with clients
• Ability to remain calm and work well under pressure
• Experience working with Sabre and other GDS software would be a definite plus.
• Experience in international travel and knowledge of local markets
