Overview:
The role of Tele Sales is pivotal in driving sales and revenue for the organization. Tele sales representatives are responsible for reaching out to prospective customers over the phone presenting products or services and persuading them to make a purchase. Their contribution is critical in achieving sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company products or services
- Utilize sales scripts and product knowledge to engage prospects and close sales
- Manage and nurture leads to convert them into sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
- Record and update customer information in the database
- Address customer inquiries and resolve product or service issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction provide support and secure repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and coordinate efforts
- Adhere to all sales processes and procedures
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Participate in sales training and meetings
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in telemarketing or sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Customer service orientation and problemsolving skills
- Resilience to handle rejections and overcome challenges
